I’m talking about having relationships that inspire your growth, authenticity and pleasure, and letting go of who (and what) refuses to meet you there.
I’m talking about feeling blessed, satiated & free just because you exist.

You’re unconsciously tied into the collective spell of seeking approval and doing what qualifies you as a ‘good’, 'responsible’ or ‘spiritual’ person.
Behind the scenes of your awareness, so much of your energy gets poured into trying to save/hold other people and trying to manage the invisible expectations of those around you (real or imagined).
You don’t even know you’re doing this; it was a learned technique of survival, and without it, you may not know what lies beyond this paradigm…
You unknowingly settle for what feels ‘safe’ and within reach, by suppressing the genuine desires of your Soul and falling into loops of sameness that don’t take you anywhere new, including in your relationships and creative pursuits.
You haven’t been doing this because you’re broken or weak; it’s your subconscious seeking to return to wholeness, but through a skewed operating system that’s forgotten the doorway home is through the creative intelligence of life, rather than attaining validation and control.
All of these unconscious habits disconnect you from the audacity of fully existing as yourself and becoming a co-creative vessel of intimacy, love & purpose.
But I promise you, when you come undone from these old blueprints, your life force, self-trust, and radiance will rise to the surface - big time.

Becoming Audacious is about growing the discernment to see where you unconsciously follow the blueprint of your survival conditioning and cock-block the creative intelligence of Life - aka your eros.
Audacity is the courage and self-love to dive into life, as an embodied, spiritual, and creative current, that’s more real than the voices in your head, which are designed to keep you frozen and looping in the familiar cycles of survival, where love feels like self-compromise, and your purpose waits for the perfect circumstances to fall into place.
Audacity is to place freedom, boundaries and authenticity on the altar of your highest values, because only then are you resourced enough to share yourself with the world.
Audacity is to choose genuine intimacy that stretches your heart, by not pretending you’re happy to settle for something that feels off.
Audacity is the declaration that your life is SACRED and is your unique contribution to humanity, which you cannot show up for when you’re hiding from life.
Your survival loops are compelling - they appear to be safe, responsible and rational. In Truth, they cage your life-force, clog up your intuition and prevent you from being in rapturous intimacy with existence!
The creative intelligence of life is always speaking to you. It whispers and erupts through your desires, your nervous system, the pull of what inspires, arouses and nourishes you!
It nudges you into change through the conflict of what feels consistently numbing, discordant and like a struggle fest!
It’s a voice that speaks in the silence of your Inner Knowing.
But we can’t hear it when our system is constantly reaching for the same old constructs of certainty, control and role-playing - i.e shrinking our worth and leaning on the cynical patterns of the mind.
In Audacity, you’ll learn how to discern between the conditioning that keeps you in smallness and what it takes to embody the creative intelligence of life that feeds your deepest essence and liberation.
Audacity is about getting off the hamster wheel of waiting to be chosen, waiting for permission or the perfect conditions to claim the purpose and intimacy with your name on it.
Throughout these 6 weeks, you'll learn how to stop trying to be good enough, healed or whole enough…And start living a desire-led life that heals you and mirrors your wholeness.
You deserve to feel like your life is yours and not a performance of what you believe you should be doing or showing up as.
Life is your playground.
Creativity is your sounding board
Relationships are your artistry.
Your passion is your permission slip from the Divine.
There’s nothing to fix.
There’s no lack to make up for.
It’s about becoming audacious in a world that taught you to ask for permission to be yourself.
It’s too easy to fall into the habitual patterns of survival, where the familiar feels like destiny and your deepest joy is sacrificed in loyalty to your invisibility.
When we sit on the threshold of becoming Audacious, there’s a quiet fear that often says - “What if I become a bad, unwanted and selfish person for asking for and receiving more from my life?”
What if I lose all the people who are used to my shrinking and over-giving?
What if I’m kicked out of belonging to the only home I really know? (aka the original survival imprints that shaped me)
What if the self-expressed, authentic and fulfilled version of me is repelling to the world?
I can’t promise these fears won’t arise.
But I can guarantee that when you go all the way through them and unhook your identity from giving them power, you’ll discover True Belonging, Intimacy, Freedom and wholeness.
The Medicine of Audacity:
Reconciliation with the Inner Child that’s wired to protect you from the unknown -
To begin this journey, we acknowledge how the injured inner child learned to substitute connection with their essence with validation and performative goodness. Our desires and life force become stuck under the weight of trying to get our needs met, and until we reconcile with the injured inner child who has been leading the way, we struggle to grow beyond these survival imprints of smallness. Through shadow work, embodiment practice, and somatic activations, you’ll bring your inner child into loving awareness and make peace with what’s been obstructing you from existing with audacity and receiving more intimacy and fulfilment from your life.
Pulling the Veil off your Self-exploitation -
Exploring how we’ve normalised our self-exploitation through cultural norms, collective power-dynamics, and ancestral imprints is a pivotal step in liberating yourself from patterns and conditioned responses that are not authentic to who you are and hold you in a paradigm that stifles your soul from expressing itself in the world.
By unveiling the places you habitually self-abandon in the name of social expectations and unconscious fear, you unblock the vitality, freedom and worthiness to move in the direction of your desires and dreams.
Embody the Archetypes of the Sacred Whore & Devotee
Through integrating the archetypes of the Sacred Whore and Devotee, you harness the forces of your desire and authenticity that comprise the story of your deepest purpose and fulfilment in this life.
The Sacred Whore is the part of you that’s interconnected with the wild boundlessness of nature. Just like nature, you don’t need permission to be free or self-expressed; it’s about following the authentic current of aliveness within your feelings, passions and the wisdom of your human experience.
The Sacred Whore has surpassed waiting for someone else to affirm or validate her worthiness. Her authority is the Sacred, and her permission slip is her Eros. She’s been projected on as evil and dangerous because she exists to appease no one, only the intelligence of life itself.
The Devotee is the devotional nature of who you are. The urge to pour yourself into life and merge with love, intimacy and connection, through service and relationships. The Devotee channels her energy in the direction of what sets her heart on fire, because she knows it’s where she can give herself the most.
The Devotee is aware of what feeds her Soul and what drains it. She’s focused on circulating her fullness back out into the world and understands that her nourishment and boundaries are part of her service.
Through embodiment practices, rituals and shadow work, you’ll begin integrating these two archetypes that give you the inner freedom, integrity and alignment to say yes to life more fully.
Although this work will take you beyond just these six weeks, in Audacity, we’ll plant seeds that'll continuously grow over time.
The world taught you your existence was an inconvenience and that a little bit of self-betrayal is normal…
And maybe it’s better to leave some of yourself behind, hiding in the shadows…following the script of what your culture told you is good and safe.
It convinced you that life is conspiring against your self-expression and fulfilment.
These lies are not of nature or Truth, but are part of a survival imprint that’s been culturally and collectively normalised.
