We will work with breath, voice, mantra, sensuality, movement, and touch to awaken presence and Eros in your body.
We’ll work with the 3 channels of conception from the Root, Sacral and Solar Plexus to open to the desires wanting to birth through you, by creating safety, connection and attunement to your Erotic Power.
I believe any woman who joins will experience a revival of her true nature, a deeper sense of self-trust and the power to which she belongs.
My prayer is that you walk away with your feet closer to the ground, feeling more alive, free, and whole, as a woman and a conduit of change in this wild time on Earth.

Community Guidelines -
Arrive on time to respect the group.
Back supportive cushions and blankets will be in the space.
You should have a basic level of experience with feeling your emotions and inhabiting your body.
We’ll have a break around 3 pm - you can purchase some lunch from town (we’re in the town centre) or bring your own food.
Nourishing snacks will be provided to enjoy throughout, but I recommend you eat a big breakfast or lunch before we begin.
Meet your assistant - Sophie Marsh.
Sophie is a lover of the body, an artist, a dancer and a somatic explorer and guide.
Her work seeks to liberate instinct and reclaim the sensate wisdom and aliveness of the feeling, human experience.
Multiplicitous by nature, in her spaces & offerings she blends her passions for movement, the deep feminine, anatomy, contact improvisation, neurodiversity, writing, somatics & a devotional, embodied relationship with life.
