One of the most powerful forces in the world is women's longing for love. It propels us into life and connection like nothing else. We dream of this love because it's our hunger to taste our devotional nature and have it mirrored back to us.
And yet when we make this exclusively about another person, we become domesticated instead of liberated, like a magnificent creature that’s housebound instead of flying free.
Women are born with a boundless river of love in their hearts.
It has many flavours - erotic, compassionate, sensual, caring and wild. We ache to express it, to pour it into life with abandon and be consumed by it, because in doing so we feel at home.
One of the ways we yearn to channel our love is through relationships. What a gift it is to have a container and person to reflect this love to us; it's one of life’s greatest pleasures. But the problem is, when we fall under the illusion that our longing will be finally resolved and fed by a partner/lover, we become squished in a box that’s too small for us.
To become liberated by our desire is to claim it for our own pleasure, nourishment and expansion first.
They taught us that desire was about someone else, a Man…someone who’d complete us and make us whole.
But your insatiable longing for completion goes far beyond another person; it’s a doorway to your deepest fulfilment.

I was stuck in a box that was too small for me.
Suffocated with logic and ‘shoulds’.
Stagnant and in the struggle of trying to make life flow.
…and then Desire came for me.
She asked me to let her in and carried me to my next evolution 🏹
Desire transformed my life entirely
My aliveness came back online. My boundaries got solid. I released things that weren’t nourishing me anymore. I said yes to my art in a fuller way. I transformed my business so it could grow with more alignment. My standards in relationships have risen. I became radiant and turned on again after years of feeling depleted. I fell back in love with life and created a stronger relationship with God.
At first, I was SCARED of letting Desire in.
I feared that if I embraced desire, my life would fall apart, I’d become evil, hedonistic and lose control. But the truth was, until I allowed myself to be (consciously) consumed by my desire, I created struggle and chaos by trying to be controlled and sensible, while my desire purred beneath the surface, awaiting me to accept it and work with its magic…
Most people don’t know how to hold desire to receive its medicine.
We think it means being codependently attached to an outcome or obsessed with getting something, which deadens the power of desire, leaving us feeling disempowered if life doesn’t deliver what we want.
Desire isn’t about getting something.
It’s a magnetic creative force that stretches us open to our wholeness. It’s this internal stretching that changes our reality and seeds new life.
Desire dissolves the false ideas about who we are and what’s possible for us. She comes to us when life demands we transform and sacrifice an old belief system and identity, so something new and fresh can emerge.
You don’t choose desire, it chooses YOU.
Desire is an agent of life, inviting you to occupy more of yourself. It won’t stop knocking on your door until you listen.
