Nothing grinds my gears more than women unknowingly normalising self-doubt, when in reality, they’re part of the boundlessness of nature that doesn’t need validation to bloom. 🌱
I started dishing out self-help books to my friends at 16 years old when I felt they were undermining their worth in their relationships. I went on to work in the domestic abuse sector, immersing myself in the painful reality of female self-hate and the unconscious denial of our Feral Innocence 🌍
I’ve always had a fire in my belly for female self-love and the healing women (and the planet) undergo when we realise we’re part of the abundant glory of nature Herself.

Women come into my field when they’re done living by other people’s projections and asking for permission to inhabit their authenticity.
It’s a comforting illusion to believe that if we reached emotional/spiritual perfection or found the right relationship, we’d finally be free…but this keeps us politely and desperately waiting to say yes to our dreams and life as it already is.
In my space, we break the spell of having to wait, seek or effort your way to being a full woman who trusts herself and is in devotion to her life.
The world wasn’t built to honour your Feral Innocence—
that wild, intuitive, holy place inside you, that moves to her own rhythm and is enraptured by life.
Instead, it created a culture that rewards your smallness,
validates your self-doubt, and expects you to be performative and compliant.
Because when a woman marks her territory and lets her body become an emanation of the divine, it breaks the spell.
It disrupts the systems built on disembodiment, control, and erotic shutdown.
